• If you want to change your delivery address, email us within 3 hours after placing your order. After 3 hours, your new address request cannot be guaranteed

• Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.

• There will be a few millimetres of trim edge on the pages, please see the product pictures for reference

• Orders sent via an untraceable international shipping method may take up to 28 days to arrive. If it has been more than 28 days please contact us

• If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email thelovelyjwshop@gmail.com with a picture within 30 days of your order’s shipment date and we will try to get you a replacement but it is not guaranteed

• International Mail and Priority Mail services may require extra transit times and may take up to 28 days to complete delivery.

• International Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country.

• Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The Lovely Jw cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.
